Cookies, anyone?

  1. Damn, I am crazy about you!!!! You just made my day SO much better, I can't even tell you. I can totally eat that. I usually mix rice flour with some other flours (like spelt, kamut, buckwheat) to improve the texture, as rice flour can get a bit grainy when it's used straight up. I'll totally post some recipes if you want to experiment.

    You rule oh so much.
