My feet don't fit in my shoes

Polls opened at 6am in Indiana. They closed at 6pm. (Stupid. My state is stupid.)

It's 11:45 pm. I am home. My candidate lost, which I expected. Sad, but not shocking. My feet are swollen and my brain is mush.
For presidential stuff, Indiana is still coming in on CNN - Lake County, which is near Chicago, is still coming in. I am trying to sit and watch but will probably fall asleep.
Will write more tomorrow. And read. And comment.
Oh I am so happy I could cry.

  2. FYI - I have been getting a lot of "hate" comments in my blog recently. So I have changed my web address for my blog. If you have my blog linked on your blog roll it will no longer function as I have changed my URL/web address (because my old one had my name on it and I don't want these creeps to be able to find me...). My new URL/web address that will need to be edited in your blog roll is: http://www.infertilityisunfair.blogspot.com/

    Thank you

  5. Yay! Io is back amongst us! I'm so happy for you that you are free. Sorry about your candidate, though. As for the swollen feet, there's a yoga thing I do where I lie with my legs up the wall and my bum right up against the wall. You can put a little cushion under your hips, too. It's very calming for the whole nervous system and is a great way to recover from stress. And it feels really nice on swollen feet.

  7. Yay! Rest up and come back soon!

BTW - The best election-related made up word I've heard all day (used in the context of all the things HRC must do to win the nomination in light of last night's election results): Uphillary.

  8. So glad you can relax now!

I'm excited about the delegates. It'll be an interesting month or so to see what unfolds.

Too cute red hair, btw. :)
