My darling darling has gotten me a plane ticket to visit my best friend as an early birthday present. We always try and spend the weekend together for my birthday in NYC - this will be a weekend early, but no less fantastic. My aunt will get back from the country on Sunday and we'll have dinner, so I'll get to see her too. Yay!
Charlie will be staying to have a man weekend with A and our friend K who is coming to town to help him study.
I may not have kids, but I have a terrific husband.

AND! I dyed my hair dark brown.

I got a package from Kara today!
It is yummy! Two fantastic looking wines two fancy kinds of almonds, and chhhhhheeeeese sticks! A was also very impressed and seemed to think if Kara was single he should leave me for her. Silly terrific husband.

NY is only 2 hours from me, hint, hint... Not that philly compares at all though. NY really does have us beat. I am a native new yorker though- so I may just be biased!
I like the hair, but I miss the red a bit- I am partial to fiery red hair & it seems to suit you ;o)

Love the new color. I am afraid to color my hair because I am sooo lazy, I would never keep it up. (No highlights or even fake finger nails for the same reason.)

Hooray for New York. I was there in March. I had a tough time because I was not with my family (the first time I have ever traveled with strangers. gack!) It is an amazing city, I hope you have a great time!
